Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable and low cost torque measuring type abnormality diagnostic system for operation system of electrical equipment applicable to an installed on-load tap changer and so on without any additional improvement. SOLUTION: A strain gauge is attached to the strut 16 connecting an internal frame 14 and an external frame 15, and a driving device 12 with a built-in torque sensor having a motor 19 with a deceleration mechanism attached to the internal frame 14 is threaded to a handle shaft 6 for manual operation of an operational mechanism 3, and a torque waveform output from the strain gauge is analyzed by the data processing device 13, so that the abnormality is diagnosed.
