Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily manufacture a fluid-measuring apparatus, obtain a measurement path which is correct and reproducible in shape and reduce a surface part of the measurement path formed of elastomer as much as possible. SOLUTION: A cover part 2 has grooves 8, 9 extending in parallel to a measurement path 7, and a projection formed between the grooves 8, 9 and the measurement path 7. A seal member 10 is held in the grooves 8, 9 of the cover part 2, having guide bodies 11, 12 equipped with integrally formed seal lips 13, 14 exceeding an area of the projection. A sensor part 1 is connected with the cover part 2 by a plurality of lock members 15, 16, 18, 19 arranged along the measurement path 7.
