Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To greatly reduce abrasion of a key which is tapped to a key groove part of a shaft and a fitting part of a loading device. SOLUTION: This rotary machine having a fan 7 attached to a reverse load side for cooling a motor is provided with a magnetic field generation means for applying a magnetic field near an area wherein a key groove of a shaft 1 and a key 8 are in contact with each other. As for a magnetic field generation means, a magnet 9 is attached to a key groove bottom part of a boss part of the metallic fan 7, the magnet 9 is attached to a key groove bottom part of a shaft, the magnet 9 is attached to both a key groove bottom part of a shaft and a key groove bottom part at the fan side and the magnet 9 is buried and cast in a boss part of a fan formed of plastic.
