MOVING FORM DEVICE AND EXECUTION METHOD OF INSPECTION GALLERY

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To carry out construction work of an inspection gallery in slope of a rock fill dam under construction and execution of the upper part on the slope simultaneously. SOLUTION: A moving form device for an inspection gallery is constituted of rail holder 1, side wall moving form 4 for constructing the inspection gallery, bottom moving form 6, inside space moving form 7 and upper surface moving form 9. The rail holder 1 can be fixed to slope and, at the same time, as reaction force from the slope, it can be self-propelled. The side wall moving form 4, bottom moving form 6, inside space moving form 7 and upper surface moving form 9 can be pulled from the rail holder 1 side. Accordingly, the forms can be pulled with the rail holder 1 capable of self-propelling without installing a winch on the slope to pull. Accordingly, the execution in the upper part of the slope is delayed, the inspection gallery can be constructed even if the winch can not be installed on the upper part of the slope, and the execution in the upper part of the slope and construction of the inspection gallery can be carried out at once.
