Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate, in a fluid controller, a driving shaft and a pin for transmitting a following motion from a star-shaped member of a hydraulic meter to a valve means. SOLUTION: In response to the relative rotation displacement of a spool 31 and a sleeve 33 due to the rotation input of a steering wheel coupled to a spline 35 of the spool 31, the flow of the fluid in a reservoir R and a vehicle steering device is controlled. The fluid passes a hydraulic meter 15, and lets a star-shaped member 39 perform an orbital rotary motion in a ring member according to the flow of the fluid. Such rotary motion is transmitted to the sleeve 33 owing to the meshing between inner teeth 41 and outer teeth 43 so that the sleeve 33 perform a following motion relative to the spool 31. Since the rotary motion of the star-shaped member 39 is directly transmitted to the sleeve 33 through the outer teeth 41 and the inner teeth 43, it is possible to eliminate a usual driving shaft and pin, to reduce the diameters of the spool 31 and the sleeve 33, and to assure a simple structure.
