Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform durable rustproofing of a steel material without problem of corrosion due to fine pores by coating the material with aqueous resin rust preventives of specified coating amount, and further coating the material with rustproofing foil to form a two-layer rustproofing film. SOLUTION: A zinc coated steel material or non-coated steel material obtained by coating it with no zinc coating is coated with aqueous resin rust preventives. Its coating amount is 0.5 to 10g/m at the time of drying, or preferably 3 to 6g/m. Further, it is coated with rustproofing oil. As the used oil, so-called 'rust preventive oil deg. obtained by adding rust preventives to petroleum oil is included. As the preventives, sulfonate ester, lanolin derivatives, petroleum oxide, or calcium carbonate dispersing element is used. As the coating method, it is not particularly limited, but a roll coating method or an air spraying method generally used can be adopted.
