Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building material having excellent rusting resistance in an environment having string corrosiveness such as a shore or an industrial zone and beauty. SOLUTION: The building material comprises 3 to 50g/m of an AlMn alloy- plated layer containing 8 to 40wt.% of Mn content and provided on a surface of a steel material containing 5 to 30wt.% of Cr content, and further a film formed of coating composition containing emulsion resin formed of mixture of silica modified acrylic emulsion resin or acrylic emulsion resin and silica modified acrylic emulsion resin and having a film thickness of 0.1 to 10μm. When the film contains rustproofing agent containing hexavalent chromium compound of 0.1 to 1.0wt.% in terms of Cr (VI) and/or organic corrosion inhibitor of 0.5 to 30wt.%, particularly excellent performance is achieved. |
