Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To eliminate decentering of a shaft center of a spindle shaft, and prevent generation of distortion in the spindle shaft when shaft angle adjustment to the spindle shaft is performed. SOLUTION: A device comprises a casing C fixed on the feed guide mechanism side, a spindle holder 1 having a semicircular protruded part 3 to be engaged with an inner circumferential part of the casing C in an outer circumferential part of it for pivotally supporting a spindle shaft to freely rotate and oscillate, and an adjusting screw 4 to adjust a shaft angle of a spindle rotation shaft pivotally supported on the spindle holder 1 to the casing C as desired.
