SOLUTION: A discharge port at one end of a two-fluid nozzle 11 having an inner pipe 111 and an outer pipe 112 is made to face in a supercritical water oxidizing reactor 9 for oxidation decomposing organic matter, and the other end of the inner pipe 111 is connected to a supply source 2 for fluid of organic matter to be decomposed, and the other end of the outer pipe 112 is connected to supply sources 1, 4 for at least one fluid of supercritical water and an oxidizing agent. And these two fluids are mixed outside the discharge port of the two-fluid nozzle 11. |
