SOLUTION: The respective detection data of a chlorine concn. sensor 10, a carcinogenic substance precursor concn. sensor 11, a water flow rate sensor 20 and a water temp. sensor 21 are stored from a water quality-city water physical quantity information collecting means 105 into respective data bases 200, 210. A chlorination quantity determining means 400 estimates the residual chlorine concn. distribution of the waterworks network and determines the chlorination quantity by such data and the data of a waterworks network data base 110. A highly purified water treating device controller determining means 500 estimates the carcinogenic substance precursor concn. and determines controlled variables. A highly purified water treating device 4 and a chlorinator 3 are controlled by the data of both means 400, 500. As a result, the execution so the safe water feed is ensured by suppressing the formation of the carcinogenic substances within the target value. |
