Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current-voltage converter circuit in which a frequency characteristic is improved and the oscillation is prevented. SOLUTION: An output signal of a TR 3 in differential connection to a TR 1 is fed back to the base of the TR 3 via a TR 7 and a feedback resistor 6. When a frequency of an input signal given to the TR 3 is high, the frequency of a signal (b) generated at an emitter of the TR 7 gets higher. Since the input signal frequency is higher than the cut-off frequency of a capacitor 10, the capacitor 10 is conductive. Thus, the TRs 1, 8 are in substantially Darlington connection. Since the current supply capability from a 2nd TR is increased, the charging/discharging time constant of a parasitic capacitance caused at an output terminal OUT is apparently reduced. |
