PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily generate a sentence which is precise in terms of grammatical structure and in terms of word use into a sentence by target language even by a person who does not have much knowledge in target language. SOLUTION: When a desired regular sentence is selected from a sentence stored in a regular sentence storage part 2-4 and a sentence which is added by first language is inputted to the regular sentence from an input part 2-1 in the device, a translated sentence retrieval part 2-5 retrieves a translated sentence against the input sentence. Then, the input sentence is translated in a Japanese/English translation part 2-7 and respective results can be compiled in a compiling part 2-2. An English/Japanese translation part translates the compiled sentence and whether it is correct or not can immediately be evaluated.
