Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To facilitate working, lower costs required, and furthermore surely fix a fourth stem onto a fourth wheel without applying unreasonable force to the fourth wheel. SOLUTION: A fourth stem 8 is fixed to a fourth wheel by screwing its screw part 8d into the shaft hole 6a of the fourth wheel 6. Since the fourth stem 8 is screwed in the fourth wheel 6 as mentioned above, fixing force can be obtained, which can sufficiently withstands attaching and detaching operations for a second hand. Besides, no excessive force such as press-in force is applied to the forth wheel 6 when the forth stem 8 is mounted onto the forth wheel 6, the forth wheel 6 can thereby be prevented from being cracked.
