Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a resin composition excellent in light transmittance and S/N ratio, with persistence of the characteristics even under high-temperature and high-humidity conditions, also excellent in mechanical strength and solvent resistance, and having a stable ability to absorb light in a specified wavelength region from a visible light to a near infrared light by incorporating a light absorber into a thermoplastic aromatic norbornene based resin. SOLUTION: At least one light absorber selected from the goup consisting of near infrared absorbers and organic coloring agents (organic pigments and dyes) is incorporated in an amount of 0.00001-10 pts.wt. into 100 pts.wt. thermoplastic aromatic norbornene based resin comprising, e.g. a ring-opening polymer of an aromatic norbornene monomer, a ring-opening copolymer of an aromatic norbornene monomer with a nonaromatic norbornene monomer, or an adduct of an aromatic norbornene monomer with an aromatic vinyl compound. Examples of the near infrared absorber used include those based on cyanine, pyrylium, squalium and phthalocyanine, which may be used singly or as a mixture of at least two thereof. |
