Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent peel-off of a flexible OSR bonded to a base without causing deterioration of an adhesive and a pressure-sensitive adhesive, by providing a recessed portion which is formed to avoid a plurality of solar cells arranged at a predetermined spacing on the surface of the base and to reach the adhesive. SOLUTION: By using a cutter knife, a slit 11 is formed from the upper side of a flexible OSR 5 until a pressure-sensitive adhesive 4 is exposed. By using an excimer laser or a YAG laser, a hole 12 is opened at an intermediate portion between a solar cell 7 and a solar cell 7, avoiding an interconnector 8. The depth of the hole 12 is up to the surface of a copper foil 3 so that the copper foil 3 is not damaged. Thus, a gas generated by an adhesive 2 is emitted outward through the hole 12 and a gas generated by the pressuresensitive adhesive 4 is emitted outward through the slit 11, thereby preventing the internal pressure from rising to such an extent as to peel off cover layers 1-1, 1-2 and the flexible OSR 5. |
