PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve assembling property by interposing a coil spring between a moving member and a thick shaft or a head part of a supporting shaft and making the winding diameter of the coil spring to be inserted into a thin shaft of the supporting shaft to be smaller than that of the thick shaft or heat part of the supporting shaft and to be smaller than that of the shaft insertion hole of a supporting member as well. SOLUTION: A coil spring 50 is inserted into a thin shaft part 48 of a supporting shaft 44, and the part 48 is inserted from the outer side of a supporting member 36 into a shaft insertion hole 38 with a large diameter of the member 36, a shaft hole 43 with a large diameter of a removing member 39, and a shaft hole 42 with a small diameter successively while an engaging part 45 of the shaft 44 is set as a leading tip. The winding diameter of the spring 50 is smaller than that of a thick shaft 46 of the shaft 44, larger than that of the hole 42 of the member 39, and further smaller than that of the hole 43, so that the shaft 48 is elastically in contact with a side surface 60 of the hole 43 and presses the member 39 toward the side of the member 35 while being deflected. On the other hand, a head part 47 of the shaft 44 is brought into contact with the member 36 and the shaft 46 is inserted into the hole 38, and the shaft 44 is bridged between the members 35 and 36 and is secured to a case 31 with the engaging part 45.
