RECORDING AND SOUND EMITTING DEVICE HAVING BACKGROUND MUSIC AND METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide background musics or acoustic effect functions to a card by providing a compression release device, a voice signal memory, a mixing device and a digital.analog converter. SOLUTION: During a recording mode, voice signals are inputted to an analog.digital converter 106 through an amplifier 104. The converted voice signals are inputted to a compressing device 107, coded by pulse code modulation system, an adaptive differential pulse code system, etc., and kept in a voice signal memory 101. During a sound emitting mode, the voice and the background signals are outputted from the memory 101 and a background signal memory 102 when a recipient turns on a switch, synthesized in a mixing device 108, inputted to a digital.analog converter 110 through the compression release process of a compression release device 109 and the analog signals after the conversion are outputted from a speaker 105.
