FEED TABLE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a feed table device having high dust resistivity and capable of exact movement of the movable table and attainable of size reduction of the whole device and cost down. SOLUTION: On both sides of a movable table 5 moving against a non- movable member, bottom base 4 with a sending screw 11 rotated by a motor, an arm part 23 for fixing object to be sent is provided. On a cover 17 covering the movable table 5, etc., a slit 20 extending in the moving direction of the movable table 5 is formed. To the slit 20, a pair of elastic sheet 21 blocking up and down the slit 20 by projecting the arm part 23 to the outside the cover 17 is provided. By separating these elastic sheet 21 with the arm part 23, the movable table 5 is moved.
