Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To discover a chronic rejection reaction soon after organ transplantation by measuring the amount of NO3 in the urine or serum of a human who has undergone a kidney transplantation. SOLUTION: For example, the humor of a human such as urine and serum is used as a specimen. Kidney transplantation is preferable as a transplantation of an organ. An automatic measuring device for nitric N and nitrous N available in the market is used to measure the amount of NO3 and the amount is determined by a high-speed liquid chromatography(HPLC). In the case of a patient who received organ transplantation and suffers from chronic rejection reaction, NO3 that exists, for example, in serum increases significantly. Therefore, by setting a cut-off value to a proper value, it can be judged accurately whether a chronic rejection reaction has resulted or not. The cut-off value is preferably set to a range of 50-120μM (NO3 concentration in serum) when the serum of a patient who received kidney transplantation is used as a specimen. |
