Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor heater capable of always maintaining the temperature of a floor heating mat at suitable temperature regardless of season or weather without making a structure complicated. SOLUTION: A floor heater comprises a floor heating mat 3, a heat source device 1 for supplying hot water to the floor heating mat 3 through an opening/ closing valve 19, a controller for periodically controlling the opening/closing valve 19 to open/close and an outside air temperature thermistor 32 for detecting outside air temperature. The controller changes the rate of the opening time of the opening/closing valve 19 to one period based on the outside air temperature detected by the outside air temperature thermistor 32.
