Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a thermoplastic elastomer compsn. which is excellent in handleability in processing, uniform ductility, and formation and retention of emboss patterns and has a wide range of secondary processing temps. by compounding a cross-linked polymer obtd. from an olefin polymer and a copolymer rubber with an olefin polymer or a copolymer rubber. SOLUTION: A compsn. comprising 10-75wt.% olefin resin (A) contg. 50-100wt.% crystalline propylene polymer and 90-25wt.% olefin copolymer rubber (B) contg. 10-100wt.% propylene-olefin copolymer rubber having a propylene content of 65-90wt.% is melt kneaded in the presence of an org. peroxide to give a cross-linked polymer. 100 pts.wt. thus obtd. cross-linked polymer is compounded with up to 200 pts.wt. at least one ingredient selected from among an ethylene copolymer (C1) having a density of 0.94g/cm or lower, a crystalline propylene polymer (C2), and 0-100 pts.wt. ethylene/3-12C α-olefin copolymer rubber (D), thus giving the objective compsn.
