OMEGA-(DIHYDROHETEROARYL)ALKYL( AMINE DERIVATIVE AND MEDICINAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a new compound having a strong inhibitory action on micturition reflex and being useful as a treating agent for frequent urination and urinary incontinence. SOLUTION: This compound is shown by formula I [R is H or a 1-5C alkyl; U is N or C-R (R is the same as R , or R and R are joined together to form methylenedioxy, etc.); T is O, S, etc.; R is R , an acyl, etc.; R is a 3-8C cycloalkyl, or R and R are adjacent and joined together to form a cyclic amino of formula II (R is H, a halogen, OH, etc.; R is H, benzyl, etc.; (q) is an integer of 3 to 7; (p) is an integer of 2 to 6], e.g. 1-[2-(6,7- dihydrobenzo[b]thiophen-5-yl)ethyl]pyrrolidine. The compound of formula I is obtained by dehydrating a compound of formula III (R ' is H or a 1-5C alkyl).
