N-CYCLOALKYL-(OMEGA-(3,4-DIHYDRO-2NAPHTHALENYL) ALKYL)AMINE DERIVATIVE AND MEDICINE CONTAINING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the subject new compound useful as a medicine composition for treating pollakiuria and urinary incontinentia, having strongly inhibitory action on micturition reflex. SOLUTION: This compound is shown by formula I (R and R are each a halogen, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R is H, a halogen, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R is H, a 1-5C alkyl, etc.; R is a 3-8C cycloalkyl; (p) is 2-6) such as 1,2,3,4- tetraphydro-6,7-dimethyl-1-oxo-2-naphthaleneacetic acid. The compound of formula I is produced, for example, by dehydrating a compound of formula II when R is H or a 1-5C alkyl of the compound of formula I. The dehydration reaction is carried out by using a dehydrating agent such as HC1 generally at about -20 deg.C to about 200 deg.C through the reaction temperature is different depending upon the kind of the dehydrating agent.
