Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a hair treating agent, excellent in permanence properties and capable of imparting flexible and natural finish to the hair without damaging the hair by combining a specific vinyl/silicone copolymer with a specific silicone derivative. SOLUTION: This hair treating agent having permanent hair conditioning action is bright to contain 0.1-50wt.% of (A) a water insoluble and nonionic vinyl-silicone copolymer having a substrate part consisting of siloxane units and side chains consisting of polymerized vinyl units and 0.01-50wt.% of (B) of a sparingly voltage silicon derivative. As the vinyl/silicone copolymer, a dimeylsilozane/metthyl-3-mercaptopropylsilozane/isobutyl methacrylate copolymer is preferably. As the sparingly volatile silicone derivative, a polydimethylsiloxane, etc., are preferable.
