Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the absorption of energy already at the start of deformation by a method in which a support element is fixed to a carrier, the whole apparatus is set in a mold, and granular foam is expanded behind. SOLUTION: A support element is fixed on a carrier film 1 having bore holes 2. The whole apparatus is set in a mold, and granular foam is expanded behind. Introduced energy is first absorbed by the support element 3, and the element 3 is folded in a compression ratio of approximately 2-approximately 20% corresponding to dimension determination. The folding of the element 3 is made difficult by expansion to the periphery. Part of the energy is absorbed uniformly crosswise to the compression direction by polyolefin foam.
