Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To remove iron contained in the water by installing a substance having magnetism in at least one part of an inner vessel to accommodate liquid. SOLUTION: An inner vessel 2 to accommodate liquid in the form of a cylinder with bottom is accommodated in an outer case 1. To this bottom, a heat emitting body 3 using a mica heater is attached by means of welding. The inner surface of the vessel 2 is coated with a surface processing layer 2a consisting of a fluoro-resin coating film of such a structure that 10wt.% ferrite powder as a substance having magnetism with the mean particle size around 5 microns is included in fluoro-resin. A lid 4 covering the opening of the vessel 2 is pivoted as capable of being opened, and inside thereof a vapor path 5 is provided. A pump 7 is interlocked with a motor 6, and by operating it 6, liquid is sucked from a suction port 8 and discharged from a discharge port 9. In case a water containing much iron is boiled, the iron contained is attracted by the surface of the processing layer 2a, and the iron content of the hot water taken from the discharge port 11 will be zero substantially.
