Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the sticking of a magnetic head slider by a lubricant. SOLUTION: This magnetic head slider is floated by using the buoyancy generated by the slider rail surfaces 6 on a magnetic disk which has the slider rail surfaces 6 for generating the buoyancy, tapered surfaces 7, flanks 8 and a medium-facing surface 10 and is coated with the lubricant. The surface energy of at least one exclusive the slider rail surfaces is specified to 23 to 0dyn/cm(x10 N/m), thereby, the sticking to the magnetic disk is prevented.
