REMOTE SUPERVISORY SYSTEM FOR RENTAL ROOM

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To simplify the system configuration and revision and to facilitate the maintenance by providing an infrared ray transmitter to each supervisory sensor of each rental room and each measurement instrument, so as to eliminate the need for a cable among the supervisory sensor, the measurement instrument and a supervisory equipment. SOLUTION: A bimetal sensor 3 or the like is installed in a rental room 1, where a power-receiving installation of a multiple dwelling house is installed, detected values of the sensors 3 are collected once in a supervisory equipment 6 for the rental rooms 1 and sent to an office 21 via a public line 20. In the rental room installation remote supervisory system as above, a light-emitting module 4 is provided to each sensor 3 or the like in the rental room 1, then a fault occurrence signal is converted into an infrared ray signal and sent and the infrared ray reception section 60 installed in the supervisory equipment 6 receives the infrared ray signal and converts it into an electric signal, which is sent to the supervisory equipment 6.
