Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a magnetic head in which the hardness of bonded glass sealingly stuck in track width controlling grooves is made higher. SOLUTION: In the magnetic head 10 which includes one pair of cores 11a, 11b butting each other, a gap part 13 demarcated between butted surfaces of the two cores, track width controlling grooves 11c, 11d provided on respective cores so that the gap part 13 becomes a prescribed width and bonded glass 12 filled in the track controlling grooves, the magnetic head 10 is constituted so that the bonded glass 12 is a glass in which fine particles 12b which are of non-magnetic and of non-glass and which are constituted of material whose hardness is harder than that of an amorphas glass are mixed in the amorphas glass 12a. |
