Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heat fixing roller in which excellent nonstickiness is obtained without fast sticking of toner while holding the electrical conductivity and the tight contactnss of the releasable resin layer of a heat fixing roller. SOLUTION: In the heat fixing roller used for the fixing device of an electrophotographic image forming device, an adhesive layer 3 essentially consisting of a fluororesin which carbon fiber powder 5 is incorporated into the surface of an anodicaslly oxidized coating, is laminated after generating the anodically oxidized coating 2 on the surface of a core bar 1 which consists of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, and next, fluororesin paint in which conductive carbon 6 is mixed, is blown, and after forming fluororesin coating 4 by baking for 20-40 minutes at 360-420 deg.C, the surface of the fluororesin coating 4 is pressed by a cylindrical roller to manufacture the heat fixing roller.
