LEVEL-MEASURING APPARATUS AND LEVEL-ADJUSTING APPARATUS USING THE SAME

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a level-measuring apparatus and a level-adjusting apparatus which can correctly detect a state of a level of a face to be adjusted and highly accurately adjust the level with good workability. SOLUTION: The apparatus is provided with a leveling string stretcher 1 for stretching a conductive wire 14 horizontally with a predetermined distance to a face to be adjusted, a detecting device 40 for detecting via the conductive wire a state of a level of the face changing in accordance with the adjustment of the level, and an electric driver 50 rotating forward or rearward in accordance with an output of the detecting device 40. The leveling string stretcher is arranged and fixed onto a floor panel 114 laid so that a height can be freely adjusted with the use of a floor joist unit 116 and a unit-supporting leg 101. When the conductive wire is in touch with contacts A1 , A2 , the driver rotates forward thereby turning a supporting bolt 103 and raising the level of the floor. If the conductive wire is in touch with contacts B1 , B2 , the driver rotates in the opposite direction, lowering the level of the floor. The detecting device may be constituted as an audio and/or visual level display device, and the driver can be rotated manually.
