FILLING DEVICE OF SOIL IMPROVEMENT AND LINING MATERIEL AND METHOD FOR WASHING THE DEVICE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a filling device for soil improvement and lining material and a method for washing the device in which the deterioration in the quality of soil improvement and lining can be prevented. SOLUTION: In a filling device for soil improvement and lining material, to a washing means, a charge pipe 10 having at its end a charge port 1a is provided and an end of a charge pipe 3 and an end of a feed pipe 2 are oppositely connected to the pipe 10 so as to be in communication with the pipe 10, and a piston 4 is provided in the pipe 10 so as to slide therein. In the piston 4, there are provided a forward end which allows the pipe 2 to communicate with the port 1a to close the pipe 3 when the piston 4 moves rearward to a charge point and which closes both the pipes 2, 3 when the piston 4 comes to an intermediate point, i.e., a preparation point, connection ports 5 which allow the pipe 2 to communicate with the pipe 3 when the piston advances to a washing point, and a feed water passage 8 which opens into the pipe 3 at the charge point. And a pipe is connected to the other end of the pipe 2 from charge material tanks 14A, 14B and a pipe is connected to the other end of the pipe 3 and the feed water passage of the piston 4 from a washing water tank 15, and a plurality of opening/closing valves V1-V10 are provided in those pipes L1-L4 to control the supply of washing water and charge material to the pipe 10.
