COVERED CABLE COMPOSED OF PC-STEEL MATERIAL AND ITS ANCHORING METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rationalize a concrete structure reinforcing work and to heighten its reliability by carrying out the fitting of an anchoring tool and tensing work as the regular arrangement of a PC strand at the time of cable-processing is maintained. SOLUTION: In a covered cable 1 composed of PC steel material, the covered layer 4 of a part 1A of a fixed length at both the ends of a covered cable 1 composed of PC steel material unitedly covered with the covered layer 4 is removed, and each strand 3 of a fixed length is dissociated from the end of this part. A spacer 5 which is made of a bendable and restorable material such as a flexible thin plate and provided with a strand inserting hole having an arrangement the same as the anchoring hole of an anchoring tool used at a construction site is fittedly inserted in the middle part of the strand 3, and in order to prevent the movement of the spacer 5 and the dissociation of the end part of each strand 3, an emergency covering material 7 such as a tape and a sheet is covered on a portion including a partial or whole spacer 5 having the removed covered layer 4 so as to be easily detachable at the construction site.
