SOLUTION: A process for producing a branched and/or cross-linked polyamino ether compd. is provided wherein a polyamino ether compd. which is formed from a diamine and a dichlorohydrin of a glycol or a dichlorohydrin of a polyglycol and still contains free chlorohydrin groups is cross-linked under an alkaline condition substantially in an aq. soln. under the influence of heat.
