Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of harmful gas at the time of incineation of a cushioning material made of a polystyrene foam, the damage of a furnace due to combustion at a high temperature, etc., by utilizing recycled cardboard, folding and raising four sides of a side wall having vent holes to provide a frame and to form a frame box, and mounting a flatly-shaped shock absorbing board on the back surface of the frame box to form a cushioning body. SOLUTION: A frame box 1 has a rectangular or a square side wall provided at a central portion thereof, and vent holes 4 are provided in the side wall. Four sides of the side wall 3 are folded and raised to form a frame 5 like a picture frame, and laminated cushions 6 are held inside the frame 5. Curved regions 7 are formed by curling up both sides of a shock absorbing board 2 so as to correspond to an elastic force of the laminated cushions 6. Adhesive regions 8 are provided which project outside the shock absorbing board 2 through the curved regions 7, respectively, and paste is applied to the adhesive regions 8 to allow the shock absorbing board 2 to fixedly adhere to the back surface of the frame box 1, thereby forming a cushioning body. |
