Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wire harness grommet, easily fitted to the through-hole of a fitting panel, keeping the contact pressure between the fitting panel and a waterproof lip constant, and capable of improving waterproofness. SOLUTION: A fitting panel 28 is provided with a through-hole 29 having a flange section 30, and a wire harness grommet 21 is provided with a fitting section 23 fitted to the through-hole 29. Inside and outside waterproof lips 24, 25 are peripherally provided on the fitting section 23, a tip 25 a of the inside waterproof lip 25 within the waterproof lips 24, 25 is located on the outside of the flange section 30 before fitting, it is located on the inside of the flange section 30 after fitting, and it can be displaced to seal the through-hole 29. The outside lip 24 within the waterproof lips 24, 25 is kept in contact with a panel on the peripheral edge of the flange section 30.
