STORAGE AREA SETTING DEVICE FOR PROGRAM CONTROLLER

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To optionally and simply secure a storage area for set values to be used for pattern control to be executed by a program controller. SOLUTION: A setting part 1 sets up the number of control patterns necessary for pattern control and the number of sections forming respective control patterns. A selection verifying part 3 receives a verification input which is preferentially set up, the number of control patterns or the number of sections. A storage part 9 has plural storage segments for storing the set values and others. An area control part 7 divides the whole storage segments by the number of control patterns e.g. of which setting is preferentially specified, allocates areas to the divided segment groups and automatically calculates the number of sections in each control parttern to secure the storage segment area.
