Zusammenfassung: | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the generation of wear powder from constituting parts during operation and use a unit in a vacuum. SOLUTION: A plurality of rolling bearings inclined in the same direction and at the same angle with an axis are disposed at each of two block bodies positioned facing each other with a shaft nipped therebetween. The rolling bearing is located at inner and outer rings and between the inner and outer rings and has a rolling body held at a holder. The two block bodies are surely fastened each other by bolts between which a spring is located in a manner that the outer peripheral surface of the outer ring of the rolling bearing is brought into pressure contact with a shaft peripheral surface, and the block bodies are caused to effect direct acting through rotation of a shaft. In so formed direct-acting unit, the two block bodies 3 and 4, a bolt 5, and a spring 7 are respectively formed of a corrosion resisting material, and the parts of the rolling bearing 2 and a shaft 1 are respectively formed of a stainless steel material. The surfaces of the parts of at least the rolling bearing 2 and the surface of the shaft 1 are coated with a solid lubricant 12. |
