Zusammenfassung:PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To accomplish reinforcement for a building by applying a temporary pressure sensitive adhesive agent to the surface of the building, sticking a carbon fiber sheet thereto, planing the same, and impregnating the same with methyl methacrylate prepolymer adhesive agent. SOLUTION: An acrylic rubber temporary pressure sensitive adhesive agent is sprayed to the outer peripheral surface of a concrete post 1 to form a temporary pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer 2. Next, a PAN carbon fiber sheet 3 is pressed to the layer 2 surface to be temporarily fixed. Subsequently, a brush or a roller is pressed to the sheet and moved to be planed. At that time, the crumpled sheet 3 part is a little separated and spread, and ironed while being again pressed to the concrete post 1 surface to form an overall flat carbon fiber sheet 3 layer. Subsequently, methyl methacrylate prepolymer adhesive agent 4 is impregnated in the sheet 3 and further into the pressure sensitive adhesive agent layer 2. Lastly, the adhesive agent is applied as the top coat on the sheet 3 layer surface to form a finish layer 5. Thus, the building can be easily reinforced in a short time.
