Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating apparatus for direct spin drawing extremely readily responsive even to more brands without requiring the movement of the whole heating device as opposed to a conventional one. SOLUTION: This apparatus for melt spinning comprises a heating device 6 equipped with an effective heating part 6a for a heating cylinder and an ineffective heating part 6b for the heating cylinder which is freely stretchable in the vertical directions in order to make the length variable in the apparatus for melt spinning of thermoplastic synthetic fibers provided with a cooling device 5, the noncontact type heating device 6 having the heating cylinder, an oil applicator 7, takeoff rollers 2 and 3 and a winder 4 in the order under a spinneret 1.
