Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a cosmetic preparation excellent in skin care and hair care effects by using a specific polysiloxane as an active ingredient. SOLUTION: This cosmetic preparation contains a polysiloxane having carboxyl group which is amidated in 0-50% thereof. In order to amidata the carboxyl group in the polysiloxane, 2-amino-2-methyl-propanol-1, ethanolamine, morpholine and/or ethanolamine are used. As the polysiloxane containing carboxyl groups, dimethylpolysiloxane is optimal. Further, the cosmetic preparation is preferably used as a form of an emulsion. The cosmetic preparation can be used as a shampoo, a hair setting agent, or an additive used before, during and after a hair dyeing, a hair bleaching or a permanent wave setting. Also the preparation can be used for an oral care and especially a care for foot and hand nails.
