SOLUTION: Three-dimensional data of a work A is made by a three- dimensional determining unit 3 based on projecting light and reflecting light and is sent to a control unit 4. The control unit 4 identifies a cone cylindrically inscribed in or circumscribed with the date based on the three-dimensional data to determine a center axis of the cone.
