PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a novel crusher capable of rapidly and efficiently executing a crushing treatment and also high in durability, capable of miniaturizing and capable of constituting at a relatively low cost irrespective of a kind of a matter to be crushed in the crusher for crushing a waste resin, etc. SOLUTION: A pressurizing member 12 constituted movably in left and right direction is arranged on a reference plate 11 and the pressurizing member 12 is constituted so that it jams the matter P to be crushed to a crushing roller 23 arranged at one side of a crushing chamber 20. In this way, the matter to be crushed is rapidly and surely crushed since a scattering and jumping of the matter to be crushed is prevented. Then a crushed piece with the crushing roller 23 is discharged from a gap between the crushing roller 23 and the reference plate 11 to a recovering part 39.
