PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow the transmission of information such as emergency of a message and a feeling of a sender or the like by utilizing a singing or vibration. SOLUTION: When a message (code) received following an ID code is bracketed by a specific shift symbol and a specific shift-out symbol or a shift symbol leading to another function, the code bracketed by the symbols is converted into a singing or vibration according to its content. The user or the receiver recognizes urgency of a message or a feeling of a sender or the like depending on the content of the singing or the vibration. Moreover, information is effectively delivered to a visually handicapped person. Furthermore, since the sender can compose the contents of the singing, the user of the receiver reproduces and collects the contents to enjoy the music.
