Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lens sheet which has excellent form stability and is adequate as a Fresnel lens sheet or lenticular lens sheet. SOLUTION: This lens sheet is obtd. by forming lens parts consisting of an active energy ray curing resin on at least one surface of a transparent base material. The modulus of elasticity after curing of the active energy ray curing resin is in a range of 80 to 20000kg/cm at a tap. range of -20 to 40 deg.C or the elongation at the break point after curing of the active energy ray curing resin constituting the lens parts is in a range of 6 to 150% at a temp. range of -20 to 40 deg.C.
