REEL CASSETTE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the generation of shaving dust inside a cassette case and, further, minimize the load when a tape reel rotates to stabilize the rotation, and provide a low cost reel cassette with a simple construction. SOLUTION: Two tape reels 6 which have a pair of flanges 3 respectively are provided in a cassette case 1 composed of a pair of cassette halves 4 so as to rotate freely. Reinforcing members 8 which are made of material different from the synthetic resin material of which the cassette half 4 is made is buried in the parts of the inside surfaces of the cassette halves 4 with which the outer circumference outside surfaces 3a of the flanges 3 are brought into contact.
