PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tilting device capable of maintaining the set deflection without energy supply by itself. SOLUTION: A tilting device enables inclination to at least one axis and is composed of a tilting body 14, a supporting body 4 and pivotaly supporting parts 3a-3d located between the two. The center of gravity of the tilting body 14 is located at the central point of rotation of the pivotaly supporting parts 3a-3d. In this tilting device, a first part of the tilting body 14 is arranged in the upper part of the central point of rotation, a second part of the tilting body is arranged in the lower part of the central point of rotation and it is important that the weight of the first part of the tilting body 14 is in coincident with the weight of the second part of the tilting body 14.
