Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an examination kit for qualitatively and quantitatively determining the existence of one kind or plural kinds of analytes in a fluid- sample. SOLUTION: The kit is provided with an analysis device for qualitatively and quahtitatively determining the existence of one kind or plural kinds of analytes in a fluid-sample, along with a reader to be engaged with the analysis device. In this case, the exactly arranged engagement of the analysis device with the reader is essential for exactly reading the analyzed results, and the proper engagement of the reader with the analysis device causes 'lock-and-key' interaction between the analysis device and a read starting means of the reader, or an original three-dimensional interaction. It is desirable that the read starting means includes a switch operating means provided with at least one fixed projected part (301, 302) and at least one displaceable projected part (300).
