STRUCTURE OF LIQUID SURFACE LEVEL GAGE OF LIQUID TANK

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To avoid the breakdown of a liquid surface level gage at the time of the dropping of a tank in conveyance. SOLUTION: A liquid surface level gage 2, which allows a liquid in the tank to enter and leave, is provided by overhanging the side surface of transportable liquid tank 1. Pipes 3, 5, 7 and 9 are made to reach the side surface from the bottom surface of the liquid tank 1. The liquid surface level gage 2 is connected to the other end of the pipe so as to be freely attached and removed. At the same time, a closing valve 6 and a drain valve 12 are provided for the pipe sequentially from one end to the other end. Furthermore, a frame-shaped leg 30 is provided at the bottom surface of the liquid tank 1, so that the pipes and the valves can be contained in the area surrounded with the leg 30. At the time of conveyance, the device is conveyed by removing the liquid surface level gage 2. Since the pipes and the valves are located in the area surrounded by the leg 30 at this time, the breakdown of the pipes and the like is prevented by the leg 30 even if the tank 1 is dropped.
