Zusammenfassung:	PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To newly provide a sole plate, which scrapes off carbon and coal tars and cleans there, and a cleaner for a lower part of the side walls in a coke furnace. SOLUTION: This sole plate 18 and a cleaner 8 for the lower part of the side walls 20 has the following structure: a hydraulic cylinder 1 is placed facing front side under the lower ends of a fixed frame 9 constituting an inner side of a heat protecting board of a sheet face cleaner and a sheet face scraper frame 12 by means of a supporting member imparted with resilience; a scraper 7 is opened according to the advancing motion of the hydraulic cylinder 1 into a V-shape when viewed in a plain and presses itself onto the lower part of the side wall obliquely to scrape and clean the side wall.
